• Design – Support for Layout & Optimization
• Prototyping – Focus on process, quality and optimization (cost) – manufacturability
• Only participating in the presentations on AT&S Technical Results on IPCEI ME 1

For Design & Prototyping sessions it is mandatory to submit data for evaluation and preparation!
For the Design session a preliminary data set is mandatory.

For Prototyping sessions it is mandatory to get prototype capable data in ODB++ or Extended Gerber format
