FAQs – Virtual Tech Days Asia 2022

You can register via the link in the invitation e-mail sent to you. Once you have entered your details in the registration form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

A few days before the event, you will receive another e-mail with a personalized link, which will allow you to participate in the event (Zoom meeting) and enter the virtual showroom. There is also the option to add the event, and the specific items you signed up for, to your personal calendar. You will be able to enter the virtual showroom via the link from 12:00 pm onwards on 6th of April.

When you enter the Zoom meeting, you have the option to choose your preferred language.
English, Mandarin, Japanese or Korean. You will then hear the presentations in the selected language.
The powerpoint presentations are only available in English.

Yes. You can register until 5:00 pm on April 5th (one day before the event).

No, this event is completely free.

Yes, video recordings of the presentations will be available to download/watch for registered users once the event has ended.

Each presentation is approx. 20 mins and is then followed by a 10 minute Q&A session, so you have half an hour’s break between each presentation.

Yes, you can. The link to enter the Zoom meeting always stays the same.

You can send in your questions via chat function (English only) and the moderator will then read it aloud for the presenter to answer.

You can also send in your questions via video, here it is possible to ask the questions in English, Mandarin, Korean or Japanese.

Please ensure that you have an internet speed of at least 30Mbit.

We recommend using Google Chrome. Our virtual showroom is not yet accessible via Safari.

No, our virtual showroom is not available for mobile phones yet. Please use the recommended browser (Google Chrome).
