FAQs – Virtual Tech Days America 2021

You can register via the link in the invitation e-mail sent to you. Once you have entered your details in the registration form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

A few days before the event, you will receive another e-mail with a personalized link, which will allow you to participate in the event and enter the virtual showroom. There is also the option to add the event, and the specific items you signed up for, to your personal calendar. You will be able to enter the virtual showroom via the link from 9:00 am onwards on 14 September.

Yes. You can register until 2:00 pm on September 13 (one day before the event).

No, this event is completely free.

Yes, video recordings of the presentations will be available to download/watch for registered users once the event has ended.

Each presentation is approx. 20 mins and is then followed by a 10 minute Q&A session, so you have half an hour’s break between each presentation.

Yes, you can. The link to enter the virtual showroom always stays the same.

You can send in your questions via chat function and the moderator will then read it aloud for the presenter to answer.

Please ensure that you have an internet speed of at least 30Mbit.

We recommend using Google Chrome. Our virtual showroom is not yet accessible via Safari.

No, our virtual showroom is not available for mobile phones yet. Please use the recommended browser (Google Chrome).
